When you work 1 on 1 with me, you get your own soccer training programs that is customized to your abilities, position on the field, goals, current training schedule, and equipment. You and I get to work together on how to enhance your soccer technical and tactical skills. The programs are in app form and PDF form, with each exercise shown with a video for reference.

Strength training is included in the mentorship. It is important to be strong and stable in the sport. The strength training provided is customized to your need, goals, abilities, experience, past and/or current injuries, training schedule, and equipment. The strength training program is given in app and PDF form, with each exercise provided with a video for reference. 

A mobility/recovery program is included in the mentorship. It is important to know how to recovery properly so you can always feel and play at your best and reduce the chances of injury. The programs are customized to your goals, needs, training schedule, and equipment. They are provided in app and PDF form, with each exercise shown with a video for reference.

Nutrition guidance is included in the mentorship. It is important to know the what, when, and how of eating to make you feel your best. You and I work together on your eating habits and create a meal guide that is best for you. 

Analyzing your game and training film is part of the mentorship process. We get to work together on seeing your performance and have you see the positives of your play, what can be improved, and learn more about your positioning on the field, decision making, game knowledge, and how to read the game.

You will also receive highlight videos for social media to make it easier for you to be seen.

The creation of a soccer CV/resume is also part of the mentorship. For those of you that want to play at a higher level, a soccer CV/resume will be important to show clubs, agents, and coaches so they can know more about you as a player and see how you play. Part of the CV/resume process is to gather information about your playing career, create highlight videos of you playing, and add full game film.

Mental performance coaching is also included in the mentorship. It is very important to be at your best mentally, just like it is to be at your best physically. Mental performance coaching happens during video calls where we speak about your physical and mental performance in soccer. You and I work together to help you development a mindset that helps your perform at your best consistently through learning mental skills.
